These terms apply to kditlabs.com and to games published by KDIT Labs. By using them, you agree to these terms. Store terms (such as Google Play's) also apply when you get our games through them.

1. Using our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play our games for non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute them, or use cheats or exploits that affect other players.

2. Purchases

Our games are currently free. If a game offers in-app purchases in future, they will be processed by the app store, and refunds will follow that store's policy. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

3. Intellectual property

All games, artwork, names, logos and content are owned by KDIT Labs or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of our games, including on monetised channels, as long as you don't suggest that we endorse you.

4. Availability

We may update, change or discontinue any game or feature at any time. We try to keep things running smoothly but can't guarantee our games will always be available or error-free.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Our games and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, KDIT Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country still apply.
