This policy explains how KDIT Labs ("we", "us") handles information when you visit kditlabs.com or play our games. We keep data collection to a minimum.
Game-specific policies: each of our games (including Fart Rafting and Casted) has its own privacy policy, available inside the game and on its store listing. That policy applies to the game and takes priority over this page where they differ.
1. This website
kditlabs.com is a static website. We don't use accounts, forms, advertising or third-party analytics on it.
- Hosting logs: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are fetched.
- Cookies: we don't set cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies.
2. Our games
Our games are free to play and don't currently show ads or require an account. Depending on the game and platform:
- Game progress: saved locally on your device unless a game says otherwise.
- Diagnostics: the app store (for example Google Play) may share anonymous crash and performance data with us so we can fix bugs.
If we add ads, analytics or purchases to a game in future, we'll update that game's privacy policy and this page before the change goes live.
3. Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to help with your request. We don't sell or share it for marketing.
4. Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
5. Data retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example under India's DPDP Act or the GDPR), you may have additional rights.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always show the latest version.
